Volunteer Appreciation
“Volunteers are not paid – not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless.”

At the MS Society Alberta & Northwest Territories Division, we do not feel that any one volunteer should be singled out from the pack, as each person volunteering is donating their time and energy in a way that is suited to their individual set of life circumstances. Consequently, each and every year the MS Society holds our annual Volunteer Appreciation Evening. This is an evening dedicated solely to the recognition of the many priceless volunteers that allow the MS Society to touch the lives of so many.
In 2011 the MS Society – Alberta & Northwest Territories Division was fortunate enough to hold our annual Appreciation Evening at the Old Timer's Pioneer Cabin, where the amazing dinner was provided by Sandy's Food Service. The evening's entertainment was provided by the very talented Cheremosh dancers in the Cheremosh Ukrainian Dance Company and the yummy chocolates were provided by VanHauwaert Chocolates.
