We have partnered with the Mount Royal University Nursing Program to develop a needs assessment focused on the educational needs of people affected by MS. The purpose of this survey is to discover if individuals affected by MS feel adequately educated about MS and have access to the necessary educational resources. By completing this survey you are giving consent to use and analyze your responses while maintaining confidentiality. Teen Escape - May 25-27, 2012

Your opinion matters!

Working with Ipsos Reid, we are conducting a research study to learn how those diagnosed with multiple sclerosis find and use information about the disease. The research will be comprised of a two-hour focus group discussion.
